Earlier in the season keesha asked "If she won the POV and took steven off the block, could the HOH then put her up in his place?"
James got Chelsea to use the POV to save him- she got put on the block- and sent packing! Did CBS change the rules on that?
If not Jerry should've put Memphis on the block! I like Renny.
If CBS changed the rules-THAT SUCKS!!! Not fair that the POV winner gets to protect 2 people!!

When Chelsia was evicted last season, James had won the pov and took himself off the block---(chelsia was still on the block and sharon volunteered to go up)---
As far as I can remember, the rule has always been the Pov winner could not go on the block because they won 'that power' to change the nominations. If they weren't safe, there would be no reason for them to ever use the veto because they would be in danger of going up....
hope that helps......someone else may can explain it better.
I don't want Renny to leave either though! ;-)
