Big Brother 11 will be here before you know it and there'll be a brand new set of houseguests moving into the Big Brother house. This morning casting director, Robyn Kass, along with previous Big Brother contestants, Mike Boogie and Brian Hart talked with Julie Chen about the bb casting process and what it's like to be a houseguest. Boogie tells future bb contestants to be prepared for absolute mental warfare; "it's the most challenging reality show you could possibly go on."

Robyn Kass says they are looking for people who are emotional, controversial, competitive---people who will stir it up a little bit.

Tips to stand out.....accentuate what you want casting to see about you quickly in your tape. Don't hold back, don't have regrets, go for the shock value.
