To have a Ph.D. and all, you would think she would have a bit more confidence in herself. However, she comes across weak with no backbone. The way she went out of her way to get back on Chima's good side was just lame. Who cares what Chima thinks? She may be smart in neuroscience but she needs some work with social relationships!
